Naturalsoyart is committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. We stand behind our work and want you to be completely satisfied with the service you receive.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, arrange for a re-cleaning of the affected areas at no additional charge.
For scheduled cleaning services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that have been paid for but not yet completed, or in exceptional circumstances where we are unable to fulfil our service obligations. Refund requests should be made in writing and will be reviewed within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, we offer a re-cleaning service within 48 hours of the original service at no additional cost, provided that:
Naturalsoyart is fully insured. If you believe that damage has occurred to your property during our service, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the claim and work with our insurance provider to resolve the matter appropriately.
If you need to modify your scheduled service, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking, subject to availability.
